A 4-month project at the Central Tower building, addressing several water and sewage pipe leak deficiencies. Work mainly involved drywall repair, taping/mudding, and ceiling work, along with deep cleaning of units when tenants moved out.

Renovation of multiple low-income apartment units for Main Street in north Edmonton, including full renovations in some units, asbestos remediation in fire-damaged units, and bed bug pest control treatment.

General maintenance work at the Century Gardens building, including painting, baseboard replacement, carpet removal, flooring replacement, and unit turnover cleaning whenever a tenant moved out.

A 6-month project at the Le Louvre building: emergency response to a flood that affected the building from the 4th floor down to the 1st floor. The 4th floor unit was partially demolished (down to 40 cm from the floor), while the floors below were demolished completely. All units, from the 4th to the 1st floor, were fully renovated, including complete move and storage logistics for residents' furniture and appliances, through to the final return of their belongings.

A restoration project handled by Xact-Vu to repair and recover a property after damage, restoring it to a safe, functional, and finished condition.

3D scanning and photogrammetry proposal for a kitchen renovation in Millwoods, covering flooring, wall finishes, and ceiling work, used to produce an accurate scope of work and estimate before construction begins.

Emergency response and asbestos containment and demolition at the Marc Manor building after a lightning strike caused a fire and water damage, including debris and water removal, moisture control, and full asbestos abatement.

Demolition and replacement of kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities with new custom-made cabinetry across multiple units, along with full interior painting, plus simultaneous excavation, shoring, and scanning work on site.

A residential upgrade project managed by Xact-Vu, including renovations, finishing touches, and quality craftsmanship designed to enhance both function and curb appeal.

Exterior remediation at Shepherd's Care Foundation (Kensington), including concrete demolition, excavation to expose existing footings and piles for inspection, pile and footing remediation and re-leveling, and full site restoration.
